Online Surveys
We deliver fast, reliable and accurate online results. Our experienced team will guide you through the process from designing your questionnaire to interpreting your results.

Whether you're looking to gauge the opinions of your customers, employees, visitors to your website, or our panel members, we are confident we can help.

Clients typically come to us with a problem that need solving. We recommend the solution we see fit (sometimes it's not online!), and how best to proceed.

We can assist in the process of questionnaire design if required. Once you are happy with your questionnaire, we put it through a rigorous testing process before inviting respondents to participate (whether they're our panel or your database/customers). Data collection can take as little as 12 hours, or as long as you require (the longer it's open, the better the data quality is, as a general rule of thumb).

Once we have the required number of people answering the questionnaire, we will then send you the results in the format you request (usually SPSS or Excel). This typically takes a day to process.

We offer the following types on online studies:

Panel-based: Members of our panel answer your questions. This is most often (and most cost effectively) a nationally representative sample (matching census data), although we do cater for sub-groups (managers, mothers, students, etc). Costs start at £2,450 for a 10 minute questionnaire. Good for PR, advertising, concept testing and getting a quick "feel for the market".

Omnibus: Our panel, 1000 nationally representative responses. Good for clients who have only a handful of questions, and are looking for a cost effective solution. The questionnaire is shared with many clients (hence the concept of buying "seats" on a "bus"). See current promotion

Customer Satisfaction: Your customers' opinion after a sale is just as valuable as beforehand. You may think a sale equals a happy customer but that isn’t always the case. Keep your customers coming back to you by constantly tweaking your product or service to meet their expectations – ask us how.

Website Surveys: More and more business is either done through the world wide web or is prompted by it. With so many companies being online now you cannot afford for your website not to be working for you.
